 This card was done for a challenge posted over at Splitcoaststampers.com  The challenge was to represent heat in your card by technique or image.Since i haven't experimented with  or even own a heat gun i knew my only option would be image or theme. While on vacation in St Vincent.......we went to a waterfall that was just so beautiful!This is the bridge we had to walk over to get to the waterfall.This bridge is made of bamboo and was for me very scary walking over.I made it though and was rewarded with a beautiful sight of bamboo and a very high waterfall.The kids had so much fun going under it and getting soaked in the nice cool water!

Finally things are looking up!!It was really bumpy there for a while.I did go to the doc, got more meds,stronger stuff and still after a week wasn't better.It was so bad at one point i ended up in the emergency room.Anyway long story short after a very long time i am able to breathe again,i'd say i'm back to 85% normal breathing now which is a great feeling after weeks not being able to breath

I've been sick for the past week or so. Since Sunday i've been having problems breathing . The doc says its a mild bronchitis ,a sinus infection and acid reflux.So after arming me with an inhaler and 2 scripts i left his office. 2 days later no change in my breathing issue,but he said to wait till Monday and if i'm not better by then i should come back in.I can't wait till this is all over,

I participated in the secret sister over on the SBA board and this is one of the item i made for my SS.Its my very first altered item!!The inside was done too ,but i don't think i took pics of it : (Its an altoid tin that was made for her to hold some dog brads i sent her.Hope she like it!
